Co-Founder & President

Max graduated from Babson College with a degree in Entrepreneurship. He is a true entrepreneur whose global vision and passion for future-proof payment solutions has inspired him to build a company that provides the most advanced and secured payment systems to merchants. The constant changes in technology in the industry drive Max to always learn and integrate the best and most appropriate payment solutions to keep the company’s clients on top of their game. As the founder and president of Paybotic, Max is responsible for the ongoing strategic and economic growth of the company.

Eveline Dang

Co-Founder & CEO

Since graduating with Honors from Babson College where she co-founded the business with her partner Max Miller, Eveline has focused her career on managing all executive aspects of Paybotic. Originally from Vietnam and has travelled to different countries where the payment industry witnesses different stages of growth, Eveline has a relentless desire to study the industry in depth to essentially be able to introduce the best payment solutions and systems to not just developing countries around the world but also U.S. industry verticals that have limited access to banking/financial services.

Jacob Miller

Founding Partner

Jacob graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in the Communication of Science and Technology with a focus in scientific computing and corporate strategy. After graduating, Jacob worked as a management consultant for KPMG in their financial services practice where he advised top global banks and government-sponsored entities on payment networks architecture, business process automation, and enterprise software platform assessments and implementations. Prior to departing the firm, Jacob helped establish KPMG's Cannabis Industry Group, which focused on advising state and local governments. In addition to being a founding partner of Paybotic, Jacob also serves as the Managing Partner of Millers Insurance Group, a full-service cannabis and hemp-focused insurance agency.

Mahlon James

Senior VP of Partner Relations

Mahlon James has 20 years of experience in finance and merchant services. He began his career at Bank of America, where he held positions such as Accounts Manager and Merchant Services Supervisor. From there he joined a Fortune 500 company as COO, before returning to the merchant services world as a VP of Business Development at Electronic Processing Services. Mahlon's deep knowledge of merchant services and payment processing has proved an invaluable resource in his current role at Paybotic, a premier provider of payment processing services to cannabis and related businesses.

Tom Wondra

Director of Strategic Initiatives

Tom’s career included IT roles early, as well as pure manufacturing and business operations roles for Fortune 500 and SMB organizations. He gained a keen appreciation for the power of process, and the importance of instilling discipline in an organization, especially as it is growing. That said, Tom firmly believes in flexibility, and being nimble and adaptable. In more recent years, Tom co-founded, grew and sold a FinTech start-up, helped grow a software and services company from 10 to 60+ employees, and provided strategy and process consulting services to several SMBs.

Sarah Kowarski

Sarah Kowarski

Marketing and Events Manager

Sarah is enjoying her first year at Paybotic, as our Marketing and Events Manager. She is responsible for managing third-party vendor relationships, communications, and handles all of our internal and external marketing and events, such as Paybotic’s website, social media, merchant appreciation initiatives, and conference/trade show planning, execution and management. She also provides marketing direction for one of Paybotic’s sister companies, Millers Insurance Group. Previous to Paybotic, Sarah spent several years in NYC as a licensed financial securities professional, serving investors ranging from family offices to institutions across multiple asset classes and geographies. Her main areas of business included sales, trading and marketing. Her true passion is events.

Rebecca Rodstrom

Rebecca joined Paybotic this year as an Executive Assistant supporting the Director of Strategic Initiatives, Tom W., and the Marketing & Events Manager, Sarah K. Rebecca has clearly shown she is a team player, working with Tom, Sarah and the entire Paybotic team to ensure the team has everything they need to succeed. Rebecca has her degree in Psychology and worked as a Social Worker in NYC for several years before moving to Florida. Her passion is helping others, sparking creativity in herself and others and her insight is invaluable. She hopes to help Paybotic continue to grow to be the best in the industry!

Michael is a business operations professional who comes to the Paybotic team with over 10+ years of sales & account management experience. He is motivated by helping individuals & businesses thrive, as he specializes in ensuring long-term success through strategic development processes. Michael genuinely loves coming to work everyday and prides himself on positive customer service and client satisfaction. As a former business owner, he thoroughly understands the needs of his clients; his empathetic approach to sales has lent itself to his and their success. Brian O’Connor

Account Executive

Brian has been part of the Paybotic team for 1 year as an Account Executive. Having worked with companies that offer payment processing services in the past, Brian is in a unique position to identify the needs of Paybotic’s customers at every level. He fully believes in Paybotic’s product and knows how to position it as the best possible solution to address the pain points of each business that he speaks to. Brian also deeply values customer relationships by not looking to create just one sale, but continuing the relationship with the customer so that they trust him enough to keep coming back. Prior to joining Paybotic, Brian spent his career in the Food & Beverage industry, as well as in Financial & Software sales. Brian approaches each sale with a consultative mindset, looking to help businesses by streamlining any inefficiencies that they are currently facing.

Eric Bold

Account Executive

Eric has been a part of the Paybotic team for 1 year working as a Merchant Account Executive. Hailing from New York, Eric, played soccer throughout Europe and played Division 1 College Soccer at Binghamton University where he received a Bachelors in Marketing. Since graduating from university, Eric has worked as a sales representative in both the logistics & SaaS industries for over 5 overs. Eric has honed in on his ability to create personal relationships with his entire book of business, while always striving to address any existing, or new customers, needs’. During his tenure at Paybotic, Eric has approached each sale with the tenacity he would show while on the pitch, playing soccer. Eric’s career as a collegiate athlete shows in the work & effort he puts into each & every merchant he works with. Eric always approaches each conversation with the mentality of providing the best possible solution & service to the customer. He looks to think outside of the box by evaluating any potential pain points, recognizing the best solution for the customer, and implementing the proper service the customer needs.

Brett Granat

Director of Business Development

Brett graduated from Brandeis University with a degree in Economics and spent his 25 year professional career in Fintech. He brings to Paybotic an expertise in the merchant services, from working as an outside sales rep to building multiple Payment Facilitators. His objective at Paybotic is to expand and enhance the company’s product offerings and to establish an e-commerce ecosystem. He joins Paybotic as a Director of Business Development.

As Director of Operations, Sridevi is focused on building teams that provide exceptional customer service to Paybotic merchants and partners. She is an accomplished leader with experience in operations management, customer support management, strategic planning, business process improvement and project management. She has a unique ability to connect across all levels of an organization, motivate multi-cultural teams with diverse skill sets, while ensuring common alignment and results and setting teams for success with a win-win approach. Sridevi has held positions in Software Development, Business Operations and Mindset coaching. She is passionate about our Earth and loves to travel.
